Yakburger Casserole



• 2 lbs yakburger
• 8 medium red potatoes (scrubbed and sliced into thin slices) peeling optional
• 1 medium onion (cut in thin slices or chopped)
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• garlic salt
• salt and pepper


In a 9x13 glass dish sprayed with cooking spray–begin layering half of the potatoes, half of the onions, half of the raw burger. Repeat layers. Season meat layers with garlic salt–potato layers with a little salt and pepper. Add grated cheese to top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour..or until potatoes pierce easily with a fork.
