Yak Con Queso



• 1 lb yak burger
• 8 oz Velveeta cheese(mild)
• 8 oz Velveeta cheese(hot)
• 1 can refried beans (15oz)
• 1 can green chiles (4oz)
• 1 C onion (chopped)
• 1/2 C green bell pepper (chopped)
• 1/2 C picante sauce mild or medium


Brown the yak burger adding 1/2 of the onion towards the end of the browning. Melt Velveeta cheese in a saucepan on low heat. Add the refried beans, picante sauce, green chiles, burger and warm through. Works great to put it all into a small crock pot and have a great dip for the entire day. Garnish with the remainder of the onion and the chopped green pepper.
