Yak Cabbage Burgers



• 1 pkg hot roll mix
• 2 lbs yakburger
• 2 large onions (chopped fine)
• 1 head of cabbage (chopped fine)
• salt and pepper to taste


Cook yakburger until browned. Add onion and cabbage and saute. Season mixture with salt and pepper. Mix dough according to directions. Roll out and cut into squares. Place meat mixture in center of square and pinch edges together. Place on lightly sprayed Teflon cookie sheet–seam side down. Let rise 15 minutes. Brush top of cabbage burgers with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or til golden brown on top.
