- 1 1/2lbs. ground venison
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2C. cooked green beans
- 1 1/2C. cottage cheese
- 1(8oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2T. ripe olive juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- sliced,ripe olives
Place green beans in buttered casserole. Brown meat in skillet & drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt & cinnamon. Spread over beans. Combine eggs, cottage cheese & olive juice and spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with olive slices. Serves 6
