- 1 Deer Roast
- 1 bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- salt to taste
Cook roast 3 to 4 hours until tender. after roast is done cut into pieces and put in food processor and shred. Take out and put meat back in kettle Add salt and barbecue sauce Cook until sauce is warmed. Serve on hamburger buns. Top with your favorite cole slaw recipe, optional
