Trout with Orange Teriyaki Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

~ 6 trout fillets
~ 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
~ 3/4 tsp. powdered ginger
~ 3 oz. orange juice
~ 1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped

Directions:

Combine teriyaki sauce, ginger, orange juice, and cilantro. Mix until smooth. Cook trout fillets on an outdoor grill or in your oven broiler while brushing the teriyaki mixture on the fish. Serve with rice and orange slices.
