1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, peeled, cleaned
4 tablespoons butter
seasonings to taste
Put snipe in roasting pan with the butter and seasonings. Roast in moderate oven
for 18 minutes. While the snipe are cooking, boil the Brussels sprouts in salted
water for 20 minutes. Drain off water. Place Brussels sprouts in the roasting
pan with the snipe. Let cook together for 5 to 8 minutes. Then serve.
