lb goat meat, finely cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10-3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 hamburger buns
In a skillet coated with cooking spray, cook the finely cubed goat meat and onion until the meat is browned. Stir in soup, water, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove cover and cook another five minutes. Split and toast buns. Serve meat mixture on buns (makes six sandwiches).
