- 1 pound of crappie fillets (6 to 8 fish)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, grated
- paprika
Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Season fillets with salt and pepper, then put in baking dish.
Put cream of mushroom soup over the fillets (undiluted). Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle paprika over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
NOTE: This easy recipe can stand alone as a main dish, or it can be put over rice or noodles.
