- crappie fillets or your favorite fish fillets
- lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- cracker crumbs made from about 1/2 box of crackers
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Add the buttermilk and mix together.
* Sprinkle the fish with the lemon pepper seasoning to taste. * Dip fish in the buttermilk/egg mixture and then into the cracker crumbs. * Fry in hot oil until golden brown. * Serve and Enjoy!!
